The Lampard Community School

PTA - Friends Of Lampard

Hello

I am Tracey Stevens (Mum of Luke who attends Lampard) and I am Chair of Friends of Lampard and would like to tell you a little bit about the group.

Friends of Lampard is run by a group of parents and our aim is to support the school and families.

We have just received charity status. This enables us now to apply for extra grants and opens many other doors to help our children.

We will be meeting soon to organise different events which will enable you to meet other parents. We are aiming to have social activities but also opportunities to talk about aspects of the schools work – education initiatives, and how the school supports the broad range of life skills which are so important for our children.

Sam Barham (Headteacher), Kevin Harris (Chair of Governors) and I are keen to involve as many parents and carers as possible in the work of the school and are keen to hear your views and ideas.

If you would like further information about how you could be involved, please contact me direct (details below) or contact the school office.

You can contact my via email or mobile (see below) and I look forward to hearing from you.
