🌼 Barle Learning Outside the Classroom 🌱🐖
Barle class had a fantastic time connecting with nature, lending a hand in both the garden and the farm! 🐾✨
This week in Learning Outside the Classroom, Barle helped in both the garden and the farm. Firstly, the class helped Miss Hailstone in the garden by planting some daffodil bulbs ready for spring, labelling seed packets, and started building the butterfly house. On the farm with Mrs Feehan, Barle helped clean out Roly the pig and brushed him - an activity he really enjoys! We also walked the four pigmy goats which is a class favourite activity at the farm. To end the session, we gave the guinea pigs some fresh grass and even held the quails who are becoming more confident with each passing day. Barle class find the farm really fun and show the animals kindness and care. As a reward for all their hard work we then had a hot chocolate - after washing our hands of course!
