A Springtime Adventure in the Garden 🌼🐢
This week the weather in the garden was warm in the sun but a bit cold and breezy. Lots of birds were out. We were excited to see Ernie out from hibernation. He had a wee on Lacey. Poor Lacey.
First, we took the crunchy, mulched leaves out of the flower beds. We saw lots of worms. Hope picked one up.
Next, we wheeled the crushed leaves to the compost and mixed new compost into the beds using a trowel.
Finally, we sowed some pea and flower seeds. Charlie pumped up the wheelbarrow tyres and Roxi carried some compost bags.
