Led by Andrew, our students walked sensibly and listened attentively to the adults. With guidance, they learned when to cross the road safely. Katherine pressed the button at the lights, and Lennie even thanked the driver who stopped for us at the Pelican crossing! 🚦

During our walk, we spotted beautiful buds and catkins, listened to the cheerful birds enjoying the warm spring air, and even saw a duck having a nap! 🦆 Getting out into nature is vital for supporting the sensory needs of our students, and upon returning, everyone was calm and ready to learn.
