Lampard Community School will be open as usual on Wednesday 1st February 2023
You may be aware from media coverage that the National Education Union have declared strike action, which will take place on Wednesday 1st February 2023. The strike is happening because of a national dispute between the unions and the government over pay, and not because of any issues at our school.
Today we have sent a letter home to confirm that Lampard Community School will be open as usual on this day. Please send your child in as normal.
School may feel a bit ‘different’ on this day, as we will not necessarily be able to deliver all the usual timetabled lessons. However, we will ensure students have a safe, fun and productive time!
