A Stellar Day at School! 🚀✨
What an incredible day it was for our Middle School and some lucky Upper School students as they welcomed Exeter Science Centre! 🌌 The excitement was palpable as students delved into the fascinating world of satellites and space exploration.
The highlight of the day? Learning how gyroscopes keep satellites stable and facing the right direction! 🛰️ Students discovered the essential role satellites play in monitoring Earth and have seen firsthand how changes over time can be tracked through stunning photographs. 📸🌍
But that’s not all! Many students experienced the magic of Virtual Reality headsets, which allowed them to see the impact humans have on our planet. 🌳 It was a sobering reminder of how important it is to be mindful of our actions and their effects on Mother Earth.
