Lampard Community School, part of HotSW Careers Hub and SEND CoP, delivers a Gatsby-aligned careers programme through EMPOWER, work placements, and agencies, raising aspirations, skills, and independence to prepare students for adulthood.

The Gatsby Benchmarks

As a school we remain compliant in each of the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks and we have certification of this from the Careers and Enterprise Company. We review these on a termly basis with Ben Mitchell, our professional adviser.
