Post-16 Options Event Coming to Barnstaple

Young people with SEND, their families and carers are invited to attend the upcoming Post-16 Options Event on Tuesday 20th October 2026 at Grosvenor Church, Barnstaple.

The event is designed to help young people explore the opportunities available to them after leaving school, including further education, training, employment and support services. Attendees will have the chance to meet with a range of education and training providers, employers and support agencies, all in one place.

This is an excellent opportunity for young people attending special schools, alternative provision, or mainstream schools with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), as well as home-educated young people and their parent carers, to gather information and ask questions about their future pathways.
